What’s included

WEEK 1 – INTENTION

Together we’ll look at your intentions for the process, your goals and your personal story. We’ll create a “before” picture and analyze your present feelings as well as where you want to be at the end of our journey together.

WEEK 2 – ROOT CHAKRA

The focus this week is getting clear and grounded. When root is contracted we are distracted.

Making space to clear the blocks that halt your focus and productivity.

Balancing the root chakra is connected to manifesting what you want in life, feeling safe in the world and how we treat our physical bodies.

WEEK 3 – SACRAL CHAKRA

Opening up to joy and pleasure, unleashing your creativity and looking at creating healthy balanced relationships.

Explore how you can bring more pleasure into your life, tapping into the creative flow and creating healthy boundaries (the ultimate exercise in self-care).

WEEK 4 – SOLAR PLEXUS

Our feeling and knowing center. Are you feeling empowered, confident, authentic?

If you’re empathic this will be a very important week. We’ll look at how you may have taken on other people’s issues, how to clear out the junk and how to protect your from empathic beautiful self in the future.  

WEEK 5 – HEART CHAKRA

Love, forgiveness, and acceptance of self and others will be the theme for this week.

How are you showing love to yourself? Have you forgiven the pains of the past and let go of hidden anger?

Access your inner reserve of unconditional love for yourself and for others.

WEEK 6 – THROAT CHAKRA

Shhh… Don’t tell, it’s my favorite chakra. The throat is connected to self-expression.

Are you able to communicate your thoughts and emotions with clarity?

Are you being seen and heard?

We’ll find your truth and help you express it fully and completely.

WEEK 7 – THIRD EYE CHAKRA

Learn to listen to your inner voice, your all knowing intuition, the gut feeling that always tells you when something’s off.

Accessing our intuition is a practice and after this week, you’ll be better at it.

Tap into greater awareness, clarity and a find deep trust in the Universe.

WEEK 8 – CROWN CHAKRA

Opening the crown chakra is of pivotal importance. It ensures you’ll be open to receiving energy and distributing it through the other chakras.

Connect to your divine self and remove the blocks that affect your entire energetic system.
